Before soap was a category, it was a household habit — neem for the skin that needed calming, turmeric and sandalwood for the day something called for it, Multani mitti drawn from the earth to lift out a week's grime, goat milk for the hands winter had cracked. We did not invent these pairings. We just stopped leaving them to guesswork.
Each bar is saponified vegetable oil carrying exactly one named botanical, printed where you can read it: neem and tulsi, turmeric and sandalwood, Multani mitti and orange peel, or real goat milk. Nothing added to make the ingredients list look longer than the bar actually is.
They are cut and boxed in small runs, in plastic-free kraft board, by HERLOOM in Dharwad — not a contract manufacturer's back catalogue with our name added on.
