When will my order arrive?

Orders dispatch within 24 hours. Metro cities in India typically receive delivery in 2–3 working days, other locations in 4–6. International orders take 5–9 working days depending on destination and customs.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes, to more than twenty countries. Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout where possible; where they are not, they are payable on delivery. Write to us if your country is not listed and we will look into it.

What is your returns policy?

Thirty days from delivery on unopened products, with no explanation required. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will replace it — opened or not.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Every formulation is free from SLS and parabens and is dermatologist tested. That said, botanical actives can still provoke a reaction in sensitive individuals, so we ask everyone to patch test before first use — the instruction is printed on each label.

KSecret Herbal Cosmetic, at G116 Growth Center Phase-2, Road No. 13, Manwal Ricco, Abu Road 307026, Rajasthan. The facility is WHO-GMP certified and GMP certified by the Department of AYUSH. Our Ayurvedic manufacturing licence is DL395A&U.
