What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and telephone number. When you subscribe to our letter we collect only your email address. We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool that does not set advertising cookies or build cross-site profiles.

How we use it

Order information is used to fulfil, deliver and support your order, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. Email addresses given for the newsletter are used only to send the newsletter. We do not use your data to build advertising audiences.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers. We share it only with the parties strictly required to deliver your order — our payment processor and our courier — and with nobody else.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Write to hello@herloom.co.in and we will action the request within thirty days.
