The terms on which we sell to you.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, where a price has been listed in error, or where we cannot deliver to the address given.

Pricing

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. International orders may attract duties and import taxes on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility where they are not collected at checkout.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Because they are natural and made in small batches, colour, size and appearance will vary between batches. This variation is a characteristic of the product, not a defect.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order.
