Refund policy

How returns work, and when we will simply replace something.

Thirty days

30-day returns on unopened products. No questions asked.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us within seven days and send a photograph. We will replace it or refund it in full, opened or not, and we will not ask you to return it.

How to start a return

Write to care@herloom.co.in with your order number. We will send a prepaid label for returns within India. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven working days of the item reaching us.

What we cannot accept

Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. Gift boxes assembled to a custom specification are non-returnable unless faulty.
